Cancellation: No contracts, no cancellation fees. Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry over the next week. If the issue continues, your subscription will be suspended. You have 30 days to update your payment method. After 30 days, your data may be deleted.
TurfTab is for running a legitimate landscaping business. You agree not to:
Misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Credit/debit cards (via Stripe): 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. For example, if your client pays $100, you receive $96.80 after the processing fee.
ACH bank transfers: No processing fee.
Taxes: You are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes. TurfTab does not withhold taxes or provide 1099 forms.
By using TurfTab's SMS features, you consent to sending automated text messages to your clients through the platform. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before sending them messages. Sending spam or unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account.

TurfTab is owned by TurfTab LLC. The app, website, and all associated content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your data is yours. We do not claim ownership of any content, client information, or business data you enter into TurfTab.
TurfTab is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee perfection. TurfTab is not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid TurfTab in the past 12 months.
You agree to defend and indemnify TurfTab and its team against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violations of these terms, or any illegal activity conducted through your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
When possible, we will give you 30 days notice before terminating your account. During that time, you should back up your data.

App distribution & push notifications
Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policies. TurfTab is not responsible for their actions or policies.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of TurfTab after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and TurfTab. Any previous agreements, written or verbal, are superseded by these terms.
