Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Period.
Except Stripe (payments) and Twilio (SMS), which are required to provide the service.
No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no selling your attention.
We only access your data for support or to fix a bug you reported.
All payment card data is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. TurfTab never sees, stores, or has access to your clients' full credit card numbers. All payment data is encrypted and processed entirely by Stripe's infrastructure.
TurfTab uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages to your clients. Phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio only for message delivery. We do not share any other client information with Twilio.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect mobile phone numbers in two ways:
Message types are transactional only. TurfTab does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS. Message frequency is approximately 1–5 messages per week per client and varies based on the services scheduled.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: Your clients can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, the recipient will receive one final confirmation that no further messages will be sent. If a client opts out, you will be notified in the app so you can follow up with them through other means.
Help: Recipients can reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@turftab.com.
Retention: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/opt-out status are retained for the life of your TurfTab account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or carrier-compliance purposes.
